I liked Hinds before The Prettiest Curse but something in this particular album made me a bona fide fan. The sound is just something else, every song is brimming with personality. crystalsagittarius
This EP is deftly, cleverly constructed. It balances a tight control against a sense of wild whimsy, a clean construction against some delightfully messy noise, and a powerfully melodic sensibility against a willingness to be jarring and surprising. Great stuff! markbeall
